Carol foi a primeira a entrar em contato comigo e isso foi em 2022 (as datas serão bem importantes aqui), a princípio seria uma sessão fotográfica de casal em Maragogi, até então tudo certo! Depois foi a vez de Alex falando que gostaria de fazer o pedido de noivado no meio da sessão, que seria uma surpresa para Carol. Simples, tudo dentro do normal para deixar o fotógrafo já ansioso. Pra quem ainda está buscando conhecer um pouco mais sobre meu trabalho, normalmente disponho de deslocamento para os clientes, seja para Porto de Galinhas, Praia dos Carneiros, Maragogi ou seja qualquer praia de região, como eles etavam em Japaratinga uma praia bem ao lado de Maragogi em Alagoas, até para ter um maior conforto e poder conhecer mais vocês durante o caminho (o que é muito importante para mim e a sessão), fui buscar eles para fazer as fotos em Barra Grande por conta da maré e da área verdade sem bem maior e mais bonito o local.
Durante nosso trajeto na volta Carol e Alex contaram de fato o que realmente queriam com a sessão, além do pedido que ele fez de surpresa, eles já tinham gostado do meu trabalho e do atendimento, agora era saber se tudo ia se alinhar. Isso conta muito, cliente se identificar tanto com o trabalho, tanto como profissional em si é, por se contar de um fotógrafo que está a mais de 2.000km de distância deles, essêncial era saber se estaria tudo OK com o ensaio deles, pois a ideia maior era eu pode estar presente no casamento deles que seria por aqui também.

Mas até então isso era apenas um sonho que poderia se tornar realidade, mas primeiro e tudo queriam ver meu trabalho pessoalmente, se as fotos iam sair boas mesmo, kkkkkkk. Mas essa é uma dúvida que muitos tem mesmo, principalmente de se tratar de um profissional com tanta distância. De primeira já foi tudo muito louco, Carol e Alex santo bateu de bate pronto, muitas coisas em comum, principalmente por ter nascido e morado em São Paulo, eles também e serem de lá. Mas o resto foi tudo muito lindo, pedido foi incrível, cheio de lágrimas, muito carinho e amor como esses dois são. Se tornaram literalmente meus amigos!

Bom isso tudo sou eu falando sobre 2022, mais abaixo vocês vão poder ver o quão incrível foi o ensaio deles. Agora mais em frente continua a falação...

Carol was the first to contact me and this was in 2022 (the dates will be very important here). Initially it was going to be a couple's photo shoot in Maragogi, so far so good! Then it was Alex's turn to say that he would like to propose marry in the middle of the session, that it would be a surprise for Carol. Simple, everything within the normal range to make the photographer already anxious. For those who are still looking to learn a little more about my work, I usually travel to Porto de Galinhas, Praia dos Carneiros, Maragogi or any other beach in the region on Brazil. Since they were in Japaratinga, a beach right next to Maragogi in Alagoas, I went to pick them up to take the photos in Barra Grande because of the tide and the area, which is actually much bigger and more beautiful.

During our return trip, Carol and Alex told us what they really wanted from the session, in addition to the request he made as a surprise. They had already liked my work and the service, now it was time to see if everything would fall into place. This is very important for the client to identify with the work, as well as the professional himself, considering that the photographer is more than 1,242 miles away from them, the essential thing was to know if everything would be OK with their photoshoot, since the main idea was that I could be present at their wedding, which would also be here.

But until then, this was just a dream that could come true, but first and foremost, they wanted to see my work in person, if the photos would really come out good. But this is a doubt that many people have, especially when it comes to a professional from so far away. At first, it was all very crazy, Carol and Alex is a "bff", lol, hit it off right away, they have a lot in common, especially because I was born and lived in São Paulo, and they are also from there. But the rest was all very beautiful, the proposal was incredible, full of tears, lots of affection and love, just like these two are. They literally became my friends!

Quase depois de um ano, estamos aqui em 2023 para falar do casamento que eles disseram que iriam fazer. E não é que fizeram mesmo! Sonho de Carol e Alex era te a oportunidade de casar na Praia dos Carneiros no nascer do sol, bem em frente a Capela de São Benetido, a famosa Igrejnha dos Carneiros. Ideia era fazer uma cerimônia bem intimista, apenas com os familiares e amigos mais próximos. Casamento super rolou e foi no final de semana de 23 e 24 de setembro de 2023, nós chegamos no sábado, digo nós porque Cid Casal um grande amigo e fotógrafo foi me ajudar a fazer a cobertura desse incrível casório, no sábado mesmo já levei ele para conhecer os dois, também ter a oportunidade de ver os amigos e familiares. Pra mim essa parte é muito importante, quando tenho a oportunidade de poder conhecer os familiares e amigos mais próximos, tem uma importância gigante, sempre fez uma grande diferença quando consegui esses contatos, tudo sempre flui melhor e deixa o ambiente mais leve sem ser o "fotógrafo" e conseguir me camuflar para conseguir pegar os momentos mais expontâneos.

Um pouco antes do pôr do sol fomos juntos com a amiga que ia celebrar o casório e alguns amigos para a Igrejinha, fazer uma "visita técnica" para entender como a maré ia estar e como ficaria a celebrante junto com os convidados, para alinhar o sol quando fosse nascer, conseguir pegar a Igrejinha em algumas fotos e ela não estar literalmente em todas, kkkkk. Por isso falei sobre quem gosta de planejar os eventos, como Carol trabalhou como organizadora de evento, fomos tentar nos antecipar para já deixar tudo alinhado para quando chegasse no domingo, apesar chegar e casar, com tudo organizadinho!

De fato, eu tento participar de tudo o máximo possível, quando me dão a oportunidade de poder estar presente pode ter certeza que vou com o maior prazer. No sábado ainda, eles fizeram um pequeno jantar de comemoração, um brinde ao casal e aproveitamos para fazer algumas fotos do casal, tanto deles escrevendo seus votos (importatíssimo), escrevam seus votos no papel, tente descartar o celular, esteticamente fica muito mais bonito e conseguimos ver as letrinhas escritas, o que as vezes não acontece no celular. Puderam curtir o momentinho de íntimidade com seus amigos e familiares.

Vamos então para o casório, para quem tem dúvidas de como é um casamento no nascer do sol, nós chegamos as 03:30h da manhã na pousada, Carol já estava se arrumando, Alex dando uma força para alguns convidados que precisavam de ajuda ou algo do tipo, assim fomos até praticamente as 04:50/5h para começar a ir até a Igrejinha. Os dois se trocaram juntos, um ajudando e apoiando o outro nesse momento, o que acaba deixando uma linha de história bem linda, conseguindo pegar esse momento de união dos dois e lá vamos nós...
Casamento foi a coisa mais linda, cheio de lágrimas, amor, carinho e compartilhamento. Casamento intimistas tendem a ser muito emocionantes por terem pessoas que realmente fizeram parte da sua história, conhecem vocês de verdade! (Isso não é uma crítica, beleza? Existem casamentos e casamentos)
Os votos deles foram a coisa mais linda, tivemos momentos tão lindos nesse casório, era a realização de um sonho e isso estava nítido no rosto de cada um, parecia que cada um ali estava sonhando junto, presente naquele momento. Foi tudo tao lindo, mesmo que a gente tivesse voltado correndo para buscar o buquê que esquecemos (kkkk, achou que não ia contar).

Sem palavras para poder descrever o quão me sinto agradecido e emocionado por participar desses momentos, principalmente de saber que estava entre amigos e pessoas que fizeram questão que fosse eu e meu trabalho que estivesse por ali...

Almost a year later, we are here in 2023 to talk about the wedding they said they would have. And it turns out they did! Carol and Alex's dream was to have the opportunity to get married at Praia dos Carneiros at sunrise, right in front of Chapel de São Benetido, the famous Church dos Carneiros. The idea was to have a very intimate ceremony, with only their closest family and friends. The wedding went really well and was on the weekend of September 23rd and 24th, 2023. We arrived on Saturday, I say we because Cid Casal, a great friend and photographer, helped me cover this incredible wedding. On Saturday itself, I took him to meet the two of them, and also had the opportunity to see their friends and family. For me, this part is very important. When I have the opportunity to meet family and close friends, it is hugely important. It always made a big difference when I got these contacts. Everything always flows better and the atmosphere is lighter without being the "photographer" and being able to camouflage myself to capture the most spontaneous moments.

A little before sunset, we went to the little church with the friend who was going to officiate the wedding and some friends to do a "technical visit" to understand what the tide would be like and how the celebrant would look with the guests, to align the sun when it was about to rise, to be able to capture the little church in some photos and not literally in all of them. That's why I mentioned that people like to plan events. Since Carol worked as an event planner, we tried to plan things in advance so that everything would be ready for when Sunday arrived, even though we got married, everything would be organized!

In fact, I try to participate in everything as much as possible. When I get the opportunity to be there, you can be sure that I will be happy to do so. On Saturday, they had a small celebratory dinner, a toast to the couple and we took the opportunity to take some photos of the couple, both of them writing their vows (very important). Write your vows on paper, try to put away your cell phone, it looks much nicer and we can see the little letters written, which sometimes doesn't happen on a cell phone. They were able to enjoy the intimate moment with their friends and family.

So let's go to the wedding. For those who have doubts about what a sunrise wedding is like, we arrived at the hotel at 3:30 am, Carol was already getting ready, Alex was helping out some guests who needed help or something like that, so we stayed until almost 4:50/5 am to start heading to the little church. The two exchanged words together, helping and supporting each other at that moment, which ends up creating a very beautiful story line, managing to capture that moment of union between the two and here we go...
The wedding was the most beautiful thing, full of tears, love, affection and lovely sharing. Intimate weddings tend to be very emotional because they have people who were really part of your story, who really know you! (That's not a criticism, okay? There are weddings and weddings)
Their vows were the most beautiful thing, we had such beautiful moments at that wedding, it was a dream come true and that was clear on everyone's faces, it seemed like everyone there was dreaming together, present at that moment. It was all so beautiful, even though we had to run back to get the bouquet that we forgot (lol hahah, thought I wouldn't tell).

I don't have words to describe how grateful and excited I feel for participating in those moments, especially knowing that I was among friends and people who made sure that it was me and my work that was there...

Olha nós aqui novamente em 2024, pouco mais de 1 ano de casados eles retornam para Alagoas expecificamente em São Miguel dos Milagres para curtir mais umas férias e pegar o álbum do casamento. Eles fecharam um dos pacotes que tinham álbum e por minha culpa, assumo kkkkkk! Eles acabaram demorando para escolher as fotos, poxa infelizmente não tinha como, foram tantas fotos lindas e incrível que tivemos muito trabalho em selecionar as que iriam para o álbum, mas conseguimos finalizar a tempo de conseguir levar para eles em São Miguel dos Milagres. Álbum ficou a coisa mais linda, mas infelizmente a plataforma só aceita vídeo que venha do Youtube, mas tem no meu Instagram, tivemos a incrível oportunidade de nos encontrar novamente, tanto para entregar o álbum e poder fazer mais algumas fotos novamente.

Normalmente, falo até por mim, nós homens não somos muito de fazer fotos, mas nesse caso o Alex faz até questão, kkkkk. Bom para Carol que aproveita o embalo dele querer fazer.

Novamente fizemos as fotos no nascer do sol, que na minha opinião é a coisa mais linda de poder assistir, para fazer fotos então melhor ainda. Mas antes de fazermos as fotos nós nos reunimos para poder jantar e enfim poder jogar conversa fora de verdade, infelizmente tem algumas semanas que são bem intensas e acaba que não consigo ter um contato tão próximo, a não ser quando estamos fazendo algum deslocamento, mas é muito breve. De fato sentar e conversar sobre qualquer outra coisa que não seja trabalho, poder tomar um café, cervejinha acaba sendo bem difícil. Dessa vez nós conseguimos, se deixasse quase iríamos direto do jantar para o ensaio, kkkkkkk. Mas valeu muito a pena poder conseguir esse tempinho para poder conversar e trocar uma ideia além da fotografia, como cliente/profissional, de fato Carol e Alex se tornaram grandes amigos!

Here we are again in 2024, just over a year after being married, they are returning to Alagoas, specifically to São Miguel dos Milagres, to enjoy another vacation and pick up their wedding album. They bought one of the packages that included a photo album, and it's my fault, I admit it, hhaaha! They ended up taking a long time to choose the photos. Unfortunately, there was no way to do it. There were so many beautiful and incredible photos that we had a lot of work selecting the ones that would go into the album, but we managed to finish it in time to take it to them in São Miguel dos Milagres. The album turned out beautifully, but unfortunately the platform only accepts videos from YouTube, but they are on my Instagram. We had the incredible opportunity to meet again, both to deliver the album and to be able to take some more photos again.

Normally, I speak for myself, us men are not really into taking photos, but in this case Alex insisted. Good for Carol, who took advantage of his momentum and wanted to do it.

Once again, we took the photos at sunrise, which in my opinion is the most beautiful thing to watch, and even better for taking photos. But before we took the photos, we got together to have dinner and finally be able to really chat. Unfortunately, there are some weeks that are very intense and I can't have such close contact, except when we're traveling, but that's very brief. In fact, sitting down and talking about anything other than work, having a coffee or a beer ends up being very difficult. This time we managed it. If we had let it happen, we would have almost gone straight from dinner to the photo shoot. But it was worth it to be able to find that time to talk and exchange ideas beyond the photography, as a client/professional. Carol and Alex have truly become great friends!

Quando falo que tenho Carol e Alex, digo do fundo do coração. Quando falei o quão importante é poder estar presentes nos momentos em que estão reunidos antes do casamento, por exemplo, é porque a gente acaba tendo conexões com as pessoas, elas acabam ficando mais confortável com a sua presença. Assim deixando um ambiente mais flexível e assim conseguindo captar maiores momentos de espontaneidade.

Nesse caso aqui, isso muito muito maior que deixar as pessoas à vontade, foi sobre compartilhamento, família e inclusão. Eu me senti como se estivesse realmente dentro desse casório. As pessoas me abraçaram, era como se fosse amigos! Ali vi realmente todo o trabalho que fizemos durante as visitas deles ao nordeste foi de coração aberto. Então gostaria de agradecer imensamento, tanto para Carol e Alex, e se estender esse carinho para todos famíliares e amigos, carinho que recebi de todos vocês foi algo imenso que foi levar dentro do meu coração sempre. Obrigado por acreditarem no meu trabalho, de dar a oportunidade de estar presente nos momentos importantes na vida de vocês. Por terrem depositado o sonho de vocês em meu trabalho, espero do fundo do coração que tenha suprimido todas as expectativas e que possámos estar presentes em vários e milhares de outros sonhos que vocês, seus familiares e amigos vão realizar. Contem comigo sempre!

When I say that I have Carol and Alex, I mean it from the bottom of my heart. When I said how important it is to be able to be present in the moments when they are gathered before the wedding, for example, it is because we end up connecting with people, they end up feeling more comfortable with our presence. This makes the environment more flexible and thus manages to capture more moments of spontaneity.

In this case, it was much more than just making people feel comfortable; it was about sharing, family and inclusion. I felt like I was really at this wedding. People hugged me, it was as if I were friends! I really saw all the work we did during their visits to the northeast with an open heart. So I would like to thank Carol and Alex immensely, and extend this affection to all family and friends. The affection I received from all of you was something immense that I will always carry in my heart. Thank you for believing in my work, for giving me the opportunity to be present in the important moments in your lives. For having invested your dream in my work, I hope from the bottom of my heart that I have exceeded all expectations and that we can be present in the thousands of other dreams that you, your family and friends will make come true. You can always count on me!
